Congratulations to Braeburn Garden Estate School in Kenya for becoming the first school in Africa to offer the IB Career-related Programme (CP).
"When we heard about CP we knew it was the right programme for our school. Historically a significant minority of our students, for whom the DP [IB Diploma Programme] is not appropriate, have moved on to other schools or colleges for sixth form,” said John Herbert, Executive Head Teacher of Braeburn Garden Estate School.
Herbert further added, "Thanks to the CP's combination of Diploma Programme and BTEC courses, and assignment-based study, we are now able to offer a great new option, with equally excellent higher education and career prospects, for all sixth form students"
